During quarantine, Allison was restricted to Seattle, one of the countries hot spots. As a travel blogger, she struggled to create new content and initially resorted to publishing old photos and travel pieces in a series of nostalgia, longing for adventure. However, as the pandemic dragged on, Allison began to re-explore her own backyard. She channeled her adventurous energy into hiking around Washington with her boyfriend. Like many others, isolation has allowed her to spend more time outdoors, and while some use quarantine as an opportunity to look inwards, travel restrictions haven’t stopped Allison from also looking outwards to pursue her wanderlus
